Well, the framing is almost complete, and Ralph has started the heating. The exterior walls are about 90% insulated and subfloor covers about 75% of the floors. Right now the structure is being constructed, which means the remainder of the old interior walls will once and for all come down, and hence the remainder of the subfloor! Jose has once again been an amazing help, fabricating the metal and getting it ready for the wood. Many pieces... cut... and grinded...by... hand....to be primed, painted, and placed...

See those lines.... that means heat and appliances!

This is looking into Mason's room (the smallest portion) on the east side of the upstairs. All it needs at this point is a bit of subfloor and the electric before drywall and paint! His room will probably be the first to be finished...

The beginnings of the master bath...and...looking through the bathroom to the beginnings of the master bedroom!

That is all for now... more will come as soon as there is heat and plumbing! Order of operations! Once that happens, the electric will happen....the remainder of the insulation and finally the drywall.... and then... we are going HOME!!!
